Mask let out a startled hiss as Silverclaw tackled him. He was knocked off Wildpaw. The apprentice wasted no time getting to his paws and prepared to attack Mask when the other rogue pounced onto him.Wildpaw tried to wrestle the she-cat off.

Silverclaw let out a screech and barreled into both rogues at the same time, forepaws extended and claws unsheathed. The roar of battle had stimulated her ferocious battle instincts, the pounding of blood roaring in her ears as she flung herself in fury onto the assaulters. Yes, a battle... She flung out her claws to rake Mask's forehead, while at the same time, thrusting her hind leg into the other she-cat's flank.

Deadheart turned around and hissed at Silverclaw. The rogue was so distracted that Wildpaw managed to throw her off. He then let out a furious yowl and flung himself at Deadheart, claws unsheathed.

Maplewind sighed and padded back to where Silverstar's lifeless body lay, and grabbed the old silver warrior by the scruff of the neck and dragged her limp body to an open space near the log Deadstar had addressed the Clans from. Here her old friends and Clanmates could more easily share tongues with their leader one last time. She lay down and pressed her muzzle into the silver fur, and her old mentor's scent flooded over her. It comforted her, although she knew she'd never actually speak to her again. Oh, Silverstar, why did you have to leave now? Your Clan needs you more than ever, she thought. And please, Silverstar, if you're listening and you've found StarClan, please tell me- who should I make me deputy? I don't know who to choose. Everyone seems to be warriors with true intentions and strict loyalty.. Silverstar, please help me.
OOC|| I realized that the pulling out into the clearing was quite neccesairy. xD This makes me a little sad inside. But lord knows Silverstar'll find her way back. Kind of like SPOILER FOR FIRESTAR'S QUEST! Spottedleaf when Firestar and Sandstorm needed help with Patchfoot's injuries. (I'll make a thread about that book later. I have SO much to say about it.)
The silver tabby felt Mask's sharp claws rake through her flank, which stimulated yet more of her unending rage. Narrowing her eyes dangerously, she whipped around to face her enemy and reached for Mask's tail with her jaws.
It was a flurrie of grey and black fur as Deadheart and Wildpaw wrestled nearby. It was practically impossible to tell who was winning... Mask barely managed to dodge Silverclaw's attack. Growling fiercely, he prepared to attack when a loud screech sounded across the clearing. Deadheart was fleeing, covered with deep scratches and her left ear torn. Wildpaw was looking triumphant, though clumps of his fur was missing and blood was dripping from his left eye. Mask looked worried now. His mate had fled and now he was outnumbered...

A satisfied look of triumph crossed Silverclaw's blue eyes as she sneered at Mask. "What now, rogue? Still think we're such weak Clan cats now?" She didn't care to hide the smug tone in her voice.
Mask glanced around and scowled."You think you have won, huh? Hate to break it to you but I will be back!" He fled from the clearing and Wildpaw limped over to Silverclaw."Thatt ended quickly..."And yet he calls us weak..."
